1. Order and Sales Contract

Any order placed on our shop constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

2. Price and Payment

All prices are stated in Dollars. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, provided that the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time you validate your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of products will not give rise to damages or order cancellation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

5. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold on our shop benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

6. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
